– A deposit is required to confirm bookings.
– Full payment is due before the start of the safari.
– Payments can be made via bank transfer or other agreed methods.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
– Cancellations must be made in writing.
– Refunds depend on the timing of cancellation and third-party supplier terms.
– Non-refundable costs may apply (e.g., park fees, flight bookings).
3. Travel Insurance
Clients are strongly advised to obtain personal travel insurance covering medical, trip cancellation, and lost luggage. NOTE THE MEDICAL EMERGENCY INSURANCE(FLYING DOCTORS) IS COMPULSORY FOR EVERY TOURIST DURING THE SAFARI PERIOD.
4. Changes to Itineraries
Onyesha-Expeditions reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to weather, safety, or operational concerns, while ensuring a similar standard of service.
